I have really enjoyed being a part of the planning of this very special 50th reunion of the great Firestone High Class of 1969. I can't wait to catch up with classmates/friends coming from near and far to relive those long ago days that we hopefully still can remember as mostly fun and formative times in our lives.
It is so hard to believe that we have reached this milestone event that we thought our parents were "old" to have participated in. But I do feel blessed to be able to do so when a number of our classmates were not so fortunate and are no longer with us. They are in my thoughts and heart as we come together as a class 50 years after graduation.

Halloween party at Stewart's Caring Place, a non-profit cancer wellness center that I helped start in 2004 in memory of my husband, Stewart. This and my grandchildren are the greatest "accomplishments" of my life!
