What's fun is that we get to see each other again. What's not fun is that 50 years seemingly have flown by! I will enjoy returning to Akron to remind myself of our calm school years, as compared to the stressful school years students seem to have currently. I have lived in the Denver (Colorado) area since 1975. Married in 1977 to Duane Johnson, we have two adult children, Katie & Andrew. Both are within an hour's drive from us. Andrew & his wife have made us grandparents. I am now "Mimi" and look forward to growing in that role as Berkley grows. I retired in 2018 from my position as a speech-language pathologist at Children's Hospital Colorado after 42 years. Now, I have a small private practice and am working on becoming a published author, mostly of children's picture books but also of some non-fiction early readers. I am developing an online course to coach parents to help their children learn to talk or talk better. We have a travel list for the next 10 years and look forward to taking those trips!
